Our Story

We are Insignis, a dynamic and growing fintech cash management service provider. Our business was established 2015, where two former Merrill Lynch directors and friends, spotted a critical evolution within the savings market. At the time, several technology advancements were taking place, allowing banks to increase their product offering and pricing tension. Whilst this was good news for UK savers as they could access better savings rates, it also created a problem: it was becoming increasingly difficult to keep up to date with changing rates and new bank accounts. In response, our Founders built a solution: The Insignis marketplace. Our service gives clients a simple, transparent platform to access savings products and protect their cash savings.

Our vision is to bring transparency and accessibility to the savings market by providing the best Cash Management Service in the UK. We’re focussed on solving problems, rather than selling financial products, making clients lives simpler by saving them time whilst giving them more control over their cash.

Hiring Process

We are experiencing exponential growth as more people realise that our simple solution saves them time, increases, security, and earns them better interest rates, without the hassle. As a direct result, our headcount has continued to grow year on year. We are committed to hiring the best candidates and ensuring they receive a great candidate experience with us. Here is what you can expect:

1. Candidates submit the CV and cover letter
2. CVS are examined and eligible candidates have an initial digital interview
3. Candidates meet members of the relevant team
4. Candidates have a final meeting either virtually or face to face
5. Successful candidate is hired
