The position will be in our Cambridge office located just off Milton Road.

Responsibilities

Partner Management:

Working closely with the Insignis sales team, you will help to manage the Insignis distribution partners (Financial Advisers, Lawyers, Accountants) who refer clients to us. You will carry out some of the following tasks:

  • Training partners via webinar and sometimes face to face
  • Drafting partner contracts
  • Onboarding partners on to our systems
  • Partner due diligence
  • Presentation preparation for new partners

 Client Management:

You will have your own clients and be responsible for onboarding them and managing their accounts. You will carry out some of the following tasks:

  • Speaking to clients regularly about their account
  • Client portfolio reviews
  • Updating the CRM system with client data

New Business Quotations:

You will put together quotes for new clients using our internal systems and help to explain the service to them. This will include:

  • Quote creation
  • Tracking the status of the quote as clients decide to go ahead

System & Process Improvement:

You will be using our systems and processes every day, and we are always looking to improve these. We will want your ideas on how to do the following:

  • Make processes more efficient
  • Make processes easier for clients
  • Make the technology interface more user-friendly

You will work in the Client Services team but will also work very closely with our Payments Team. Your role will be vital in actively expanding our client base and your team’s work will directly impact the company’s growth.

Any experience in the following would be also be useful, but not mandatory, for the role:

  • Financial or economic background or education
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems
  • An understanding of wealth management and financial advisory business
