Sales & Partnerships Executive

Insignis Cash Solutions is a fast-growing, FinTech company looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy team. The position will be in our London office located in Liverpool Street.


Sales Organisation:

You will assist the sales team in bringing new partners on board. This includes:

  • Prepare deposit illustrations to show clients available products
  • Weekly tracking and communication around live partner opportunities
  • Presentation preparation for new partners

Partner Management:

Working closely with the Insignis sales team, you will help to manage the Insignis partners who refer clients to us. You will carry out some of the following tasks:

  • Training partners via webinar and sometimes face to face
  • Drafting partner contracts
  • Onboarding partners on to our systems
  • Partner due diligence

Reporting & Analysing Information:

You will use our internal systems to analyse trends in our sales data and report these back to the sales team. This includes:

  • Weekly sales data
  • Conversion ratios at different stages of the sales process
  • Predicted flow and pipeline data
  • Identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions based on findings

System & Process Improvement:

You’ll be using our systems and processes every day and we’re always looking to improve these. We’ll want your ideas on how to do the following:

  • Make processes more efficient
  • Make processes easier for clients
  • Make the technology interface more user-friendly

Any experience in the following would be also be useful, but not mandatory, for the role:

  • Financial or economic background or education
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems
  • An understanding of wealth management and financial advisory business
