Partnering with Insignis has fundamentally improved how we manage the cash component within our clients’ pensions. The platform has helped us to significantly reduce time spent on manual administration. This efficiency allows us to focus more on delivering better outcomes for our clients. They now benefit from real-time visibility of their pension cash holdings, access to a broader range of savings products, and the ability to make more informed, timely decisions. Insignis isn’t just a platform, it’s a powerful tool that helps us optimise cash performance within pensions.
As a bespoke SIPP provider, cash has always been an important part of our clients’ investment strategy. When Insignis came to market, IPM was one of the first SIPP providers to start working with them. We could instantly see the appeal of their offering. For clients operating multiple accounts across different banks, often generating large volumes of paperwork, having all their cash deposits under one platform reduced the administrative requirements for all involved as well as allowing to view their holdings in one place. The added convenience of digital applications offers a streamlined account opening process, aligned to the requirements of the SIPP provider, enabling deposits to be placed quicker, leading to better client outcomes.
We have used the digital onboarding process for our pension clients and find the system easy and straightforward to use and are kept up to date every step of the application process and issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
We currently support Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs) and Small Self-Administered Schemes (SSASs).
Platform access and functionality may vary depending on the pension provider. For a full list of supported plan types, please refer to the Adviser Portal or contact our team directly.

When a deposit matures, funds are returned to the pension scheme’s designated hub account.
Any withdrawal requests must be initiated and processed by the pension provider in accordance with scheme rules. Insignis does not facilitate direct pension withdrawals.
Top-ups must be arranged via the pension provider. Advisers should liaise with the provider to initiate contributions from the pension scheme into the Insignis hub account.
Please ensure all contributions are clearly referenced to avoid delays in allocation.
